<h2>What is a Site?</h2>
<p>If your organisation is made up of a number of different sites, select
this organisational unit and place it in the directory in a position
that replicates your actual organisational structure. For example, if
you classify <i>Site</i> as an actual location, simply name each site
accordingly and place all cost centres, groups, department and
extensions underneath as shown below:</p>

<p>A site may contain any number of sub-groups or sub-sites. Each of these can also contain any number of sub-divisions.</p> |

NOTE: Divisions, Cost Centres, Groups and Sites are very similar and almost interchangeable. Simply use the icons best suited to reflect your actual organisational structure. |

<h2>Adding a Site</h2>
<p>To add a Site to the Directory, simply select <span class="button">Site</span> form the <span class="reference">Organisation unit</span> list and give it a name that represents its function e.g. "IT" as shown below. Then click <span class="button">Add</span> to put it in to your Directory.</p>

<p>There are no limits to the amount of Sites you can add. As there is no limit to the depth of the hierarchy within TIM Enterprise, you may add Sites within Sites. You simply select Site, give it a name and add it.</p>
<p>Your Site will appear in the Directory as follows:</p>
