<p>In certain circumstances, you may want to collect stats for a 
particular team, group or site but may want to exclude a particular user
 e.g. exclude sales manager from sales team stats or exclude MD from 
site stats.</p>

NOTE: You will need administrator rights to do this as you will need to be able to access the directory and user properties.

<p>Go to TIM Plus Directory and select the site and group where you want to add the stats point e.g. London  Accounts, as shown below:</p>

<p>Click on the user that you would like to exclude, and select <span class="button">Properties</span> at the top right hand-side of the users list, as shown below:</p>

<p>From the pop-up window, go to the <span class="button">Telephony</span> and simply tick <span class="reference">Exclude this user from call statistics</span>. Then click <span class="button">Save</span>, as shown below:</p>

The following tags are available to be used for report headers and footers; they allow the HTML writer to access the report's parameters exactly as they were requested, once they are modified. If a parameter is blank, nothing will be displayed instead of the tag. Note that the <> tags are mandatory as they contain variable-length data and are therefore necessary.

The [parameter] must be replaced by any one of the report's parameters. For example, the <#SSI_VAR:extngroup> variable will display an extension group, whilst <#SSI_VAR:fromdate> will display the start date of the report, in the format that was supplied.
