These instructions help you configure your Alcatel PmniPCX Enterprise phone system to work with TIM Plus. Contact your system maintainer if you are not familiar with the configuration of your PBX.

Below you will find instructions on how to configure the SMDR output via serial or TCP/IP. These instructions are taken from the Alcatel OmniPCX Enterprise manual:
Connect to your PBX via telnet and follow the steps below:
- Applications ( ).
- Accounting ( ).
- Review/ Modify ( ).
- All instance ( ).
Realtime ticket output: Set this to ethernet. Note that if you don't have appropriate license, you can only select V24 (serial) here.
- Save changes and exit.

Configuring TIM Plus
Serial output
If your Alcatel PmniPCX Enterprise has been configured to send SMDR data via a serial connection, you will first need to install NetPbx software to collect the data from the serial port and send it to Tim Plus. For setup instructions, click on the link below:
Once NetPbx is configured and collecting data, log on to TIM Plus as usual and apply the following settings:
- Click on the tab.
- Click on the site configured during the setup and click .
- Within the Site Propertieswindow, select the Alcatel OmniPCX Enterprise from the PBX model drop-down list.
- In the Connection method field, select the No connection required from the drop-down list.
- Click on the button to apply the settings.
TCP/IP output
If your Alcatel OmniPCX Enterprise has been configured to send the data via TCP/IP, follow the steps below to configure TIM Plus:
- Click on the tab.
- Selec the site configured during the setup and clik .
- Within the Site Properties window, select Alcatel PmniPCX Enterprise from the PBX model drop-down list.
- In the Connection method field, select Actively connet to PBX from the drop-down list.
- In the Host field enter the IP Address of your Alcatel OmniPCX Enterprise.
- In the Portfield enter in 2533.
- Leave the Usernameand Passwordfields blank.
- In the Connection script field select Alcatel OmniPCX Enterprise 7.1+ from the drop-down list.
- Finally, click on the button.

Below you will find steps on how to configure TIM Plus to listen for SMDR data from your Alcatel OmniPCX Enterprise:
- Browse to TIM Plus as normal and login with your credentials.
- Click on the tab.
- Click on the site configured during the setup wizard and click or create a new site and click .
- Within the Site Properties window, select Alcatel OmniPCX Enterprise from the PBX model drop-down list.
- In the Connection method field select Actively connect to PBX from the drop-down list.
- In the Host field enter the IP Address of your Alcatel OmniPCX Enterprise.
- In the Port field enter in 2533.
- Leave the Username and Password fields blank.
- In the Connection script field select Alcatel OmniPCX Enterprise 7.1+ from the drop-down list.
- Finally, click on the button.
