
These instructions should assist in configuring your Mitel SX2000 to work with TIM Plus. If you are not familiar with PBX configuration, please contact your system maintainer.

By default the Mitel SX2000 doesn't have SMDR enabled. You will need to speak to your system maintainer to get SMDR enabled.
Configuring TIM Plus
Below you will find steps on how to configure TIM Plus to listen for SMDR data from your Mitel SX2000:
- Browse to TIM Plus as normal and login with your credentials.
- Click on the tab.
- Click on the site configured during the setup wizard and click or create a new site and click .
- Within the Site Properties window, select Mitel SX2000 from the PBX model drop-down list.
- In the Connection method field select No connection required from the drop-down list.
- Finally, click on the button.
