These instructions help you configure your BT Monarch to work with TIM Plus. Contact your system maintainer if you are not familiar with the configuration of your PBX.

Configuring your SMDR

The BT Monarch sends SMDR information via a serial connection. You will need to directly connect a serial cable from the AGFEO AC-AS phone system to a PC that will be running NetPBX software.

For more information about the output and configuration of the SMDR data, please contact your phone maintainer.

These instructions should assist in configuring your BT Monarch to work with TIM Plus. If you are not familiar with PBX configuration, please contact your system maintainer.

For your SMDR configuration, you will need to speak to your system maintainer to enable SMDR output.

Configuring TIM Plus

Below you will find steps on how to configure TIM Plus to listen for SMDR data from your BT Monarch:

1. Browse to TIM Plus as normal and login with your credentials.
2. Click on the Directory tab.
3. Click on the site configured during the setup wizard and click Propertiesor create a new site and click Properties.

4. Within the Site Properties window, select BT Monarch from the PBX model drop-down list.
5. In the Connection method field select No connection required from the drop-down list.
6. Finally, click on the Save button.
