Reporting options
This section allows you to further narrow down your report results, by excluding certain types of calls or sorting the results in a particular manner. These options are specific to each report, so they will differ between the report types you are running.
Alongside each option there is an Information icon which opens a help prompt describing that particular option.
In the example below, the user wants to exclude weekends and transferred calls, as well as missed calls that are shorter than 3 seconds.
Run or schedule the report
To run or schedule the report without setting any further parameters, click on the Format options.

Reporting options
You have already selected the report that you want to configure and the pop-up window that appears allows you to set the parameters of the report wizard. Click on the Options screen. This section allows you to add more specific filters to your report. Because these options are specific to the report you are running, you will notice that they differ from report to report.
