These instructions should assist in configuring your Alcatel 4400e to work with TIM Enterprise. If you are not familiar with PBX configuration, please contact your system maintainer.

Connection type | Serial Output: The Alcatel 4400e sends SMDR information via a serial connection. The most recents units will have a .v24 port, older units will require you to purchase a .v24 module. You will need to directly connect a serial cable from the Alcatel 4400e .v24 module to the PC that NetPBX is installed and running on. |

Configuring your SMDR
The Alcatel 4400e will need to be configured to output SMDR information.

Configuring TIM Enterprise
Below you will find steps on how to configure TIM Enterprise to listen for SMDR data from your Alcatel 4400e:
- Browse to TIM Enterprise as normal and login with your credentials.
- Click on the tab.
- Go the the point in the Directory where you need to add the PBX Object and add a PBX with the name 'Alcatel 4400e'.
- Left-click on it and select .
- From the Alcatel 4400e from the PBX model list. settings tab select
- In the No connection required from the Connection method list. tab select
- Finally, click on the button.
