The Directory of TIM Enterprise is built on an object-based methodology that places no hierarchical width or depth limits, allowing you to create an exact replica of your company's internal structure.

  permits the integration of an unlimited number of sites within one centralized system and, by defining relationships between its objects, the system becomes intelligent and it can perform certain task automatically (Inter-site trunk routing)

Adding objects to the Directory

To add an object to the Directory, click on the New object tab, as shown below:

To construct the Directory, you are provided with two categories of objects:

• Organisation units
• Other Objects
