These instructions should assist in configuring your Aastra MX-ONE to work with TIM Enterprise. If you are not familiar with PBX configuration, please contact your system maintainer.

For your SMDR configuration, Aastra MX-ONE has multiple output formats. TIM Enterprise requires the SMDR format to be set to BC8 or BC10.
Configuring TIM Enterprise
Below you will find steps on how to configure TIM Enterprise to listen for SMDR data from your Aastra MX-ONE BC10:
- Browse to TIM Enterprise as normal and login with your credentials.
- Click on the tab.
- Go the the point in the Directory where you need to add the PBX Object and add a PBX with the name 'Aastra MX-ONE BC10'.
- Left-click on it and select .
- From the Aastra MX-ONE BC10 from the PBX model list. settings tab select
- In the Listen for connection from PBX from the Connection method list. tab select
- Finally, click on the button.
