These instructions should assist in configuring your Panasonic DBS series to work with TIM Enterprise. If you are not familiar with PBX configuration, please contact your system maintainer.

Configuring your SMDR
Below you will find instructions on how to configure your Panasonic DBS series to output SMDR to TIM Enterprise, you will need to do this from the Operator phone:
- Press the key.
- Press the key.
- Press ##. You are now in Programming mode.
- Navigate to Call logging/Remote programming parameters.
- Go to Call logging-parity check and select 1 and then press the key.
- Go to Call logging-even/odd parity and select 1 and then press the key.
- Go to Call logging-baud rate (SMDR) and select 4 and then press the key.
- Go to Call logging-stop bit and select 1 and then press the key.
- Go to Call logging-data length and select 4 and then press the key.
- Got to Call logging-printing selection out/in, select 1 which will give you incoming and outgoing calls
- Go to Call logging-printing selection local/long distance calls, select 1 which will print all outgoing calls and then press the key.
- Press the key and you settings will be saved.
Configuring TIM Enterprise
Below you will find steps on how to configure TIM Enterprise to listen for SMDR data from your Panasonic DBS 40:
- Browse to TIM Enterprise as normal and login with your credentials.
- Click on the tab.
- Go the the point in the Directory where you need to add the PBX Object and add a PBX with the name 'Panasonic DBS 40'.
- Left-click on it and select .
- From the Panasonic DBS Series from the PBX model list. settings tab select
- In the No connection required from the Connection method list. tab select
- Finally, click on the button.
