To run an ad-hoc (on demand) report, choose the report you'd like to run by clicking its name from the report list at the left-hand side of the screen. The selected report will be highlighted in grey as shown in the screen below. To continue and run the report, click on the large button to start the report wizard as shown below:
If you do not want to change the report parameters i.e. the period, entity, filters, options and format of the report, just click on the button, at the bottom of the window, as shown below:
You are now ready to run the report, by clicking the button.
A new window of the browser you are using will open with the report you have already chosen. The example below shows a Call analysis report, in Web format which is the default format of the report wizard.
