You simply need to choose the IP address and port that the web service should listen on. Note that TIM Plus has its own built-in web-server so you do not need to add any additional software.

When TIM Plus sends an email, it is sometimes necessary to include a hyperlink back to the server.

It is usually preferable to use a hostname rather than an IP address, especially on networks that use an automatic IP addressing scheme, such as DHCP.
