
To configure the User's properties, simply left-click on it and select
from the pop-up menu, as shown below:
General properties
Simply enter the user's details as shown in the screen below. If you export all the user properties and provide us with a list, we can write a script to import and save on configuration time.

Field | Description |
---|---|
Host | Type in the IP address of the system you are connecting to. For a listening connection, this is typically left blank although it can be configured to restrict incoming data from a specific IP address. |
Port | Enter to port number that the data will be received here. |
Username | If a username is required, enter the username here. |
Password | If a password is required, enter the password here. |
Connection script | Where a connection script is required, you may select from the following options:-

DSN name | Enter the DSN name here. |
Frequency | Enter the connection frequency here i.e. how often it polls the DSN connection. |
DB Script | Enter the DB script here. If you are unaware of the DB script required for your particular PBX/Switch, e-mail us at support@tri-line.com and we will provide. |
