These instructions should assist in configuring your Aastra MX-ONE to work with TIM Plus. If you are not familiar with PBX configuration, please contact your system maintainer.

For your SMDR configuration, Aastra MX-ONE has multiple output formats. TIM Plus requires the SMDR format to be set to BC8 or BC10.
Configuring TIM Plus
Below you will find steps on how to configure TIM Plus to listen for SMDR data from your Aastra MX-ONE BC10:
- Browse to TIM Plus as normal and login with your credentials.
- Click on the tab.
- Click on the site configured during the setup wizard and click or create a new site and click .
- Within the Site Properties window, select Aastra MX-ONE BC10 from the PBX model drop-down list.
- From the Connection method drop-down list, select No connection required.
- Finally, click on the button.
