Introduction

Call scoring

TIM Enterprise allows you to create your own score cards and rate any call for evaluation purposes. The scores can be based on any combination of the following answers:

  • Yes/No
  • A range
  • Multiple choice

Several scorecards can be created. Scorecards can have questions that apply to all teams or only specific teams.

Understanding the Results

When selecting Web as the output format, this report will appear as shown below.

Call scoring  

The example below is of a report showing an example of a scorecard report. Beneath each question you will se the numer of scores. This shows how many people have actually scored the call.

The percentage shown on the right hand side will show the % of scores that apply to the 'Yes/No' and Choice answers.

For range answers, results show the average score as well as the minimum and maximum score achieved.
