Configuring TIM Plus
Below you will find steps on how Follow the steps below to configure TIM Plus to collect the SMDR call logging data from your SpliceCom Splicecom Maximiser:
- Browse to TIM Plus as normal and log in with your credentials.
- Click on the tab.
- Select Choose the site configured during the setup wizard and click you want to configure and click .

- In the Connection method field, select Actively connect to PBX from the drop-down list.
- In the Host field, enter the IP address of your SpliceCom Splicecom Maximiser.
- In the Port field, enter 4001.
- Leave the Username field blank.Leave the Password field blank, unless you've set up a Call logging password in your phone system
- If your Maximiser has a
set, enter it in Password field; if not, leave it blank.Referencemacro Label call logging password - In the Connection script field, select SpliceCom Maximiser from the drop-down list.
- Click on the button to apply the changes.
