TIM Enterprise allows you to create your own score cards and rate any call for evaluation purposes. The scores can be based on any combination of the following answers:

<li>A range </li>
<li>Multiple choice </li>

<h2>Understanding the Results</h2>
<p>When selecting <span class="reference">Web</span> as the output format, this report will appear as shown below.</p>

<p> TheYou examplewill below is of a report showing see an example of a scorecard report. Beneath each question you will se the numer of scores. This shows how many people have
actually scored the call.</p>
<p>The percentage shown on the right hand side will show the % below. All three questions types are displayed in this example. You will notice that beneath each question, the number of scores thatis apply
displayed. This allows to the 'Yes/No' and Choice answers.</p>
<p>For range answers, results show the average score as well as the minimum and maximum score achieved.to validate the results e.g. a 100% score is not as valid if there has only been one actual score!</p>
